Sep 5, 2013 - In Office 2013, Microsoft has removed the Customize Navigation Pane font feature.
A customer wants to know why they cannot change the font size in the Folder Pane (formerly Navigation Pane) in Outlook 2016. Here are the directions they used to follow to change it in Outlook 2010 but there isn't an Options Button there any longer: Change the Navigation Pane font You can change the font and size of the text in the Navigation Pane, from any view in Outlook. • On the View tab, in the Layout group, click Navigation Pane, click Options, and then click Font.

Hp elitebook 2560p bluetooth drivers. • Enter the settings that you want in the Font, Font style, and Size boxes. • Click OK twice to close the open dialog boxes. Is this no longer an option or has the location to make the changes been moved? I did research on Google as well as the Microsoft website and could not find anything for Outlook 2016. Please advise.
My thanks, DoriLynn. Hi, 'as of now' doesn't really fit here. The folder pane has never been configurable. And this does not only affect people with eye problems. Best graphics for games. People like me who have to deal with many different topics and like to organize their mails in folders have anothe rissue: The font size in the folder pane is too big, the gap between different folders too.
As a result the space in the folder pane is not effectively used, much more folders would fit in there. The user has to scroll up and down a lot instead. As usual for users of Microsoft Office: The design looks nice, but it is hampering effective work. CU, Christian. You can change folder settings by going to the Change View panel under the view tab, then hit Change Views. It's self-evident from there. Naturally, MS has moved all the commands around again.
Since I work in the Auto industry, and I'm just full of great ideas, my idea is to build a bunch of cars with the brake and accelerator pedals reversed, and then demand that all MS employees beta test them for a year. That would be fun. It reminds me of a grad student putzing around with the fonts on their thesis rather than making sure the content is correct. It's just stupid.
